Dr. Nathan Fowler


Dr. Nathan Fowler was born and raised in Syracuse, New York; Dr. Paciorek was actually his orthodontist growing up! Dr. Fowler received his DMD degree (as valedictorian) from the University of Pittsburgh and then completed his post-doctoral orthodontic residency at Tufts University in Boston. He has been in practice since 2013, and maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and New York State Dental Association.

Caring for others is definitely Dr. Fowler’s professional calling and something about which he’s very passionate, so he does everything possible to treat his patients and his team with kindness, respect and compassion. He will always take the time to explain your treatment options or cover any questions or concerns you have, so please never hesitate to ask. Dr. Fowler looks forward to giving you the healthy, celebratory smile you deserve!

Dr. Fowler spends his spare time with his wife, Deidre, and their beautiful daughter, Elise. The Fowler family loves spending time together outdoors, especially when it involves a trip to the Adirondacks or the beach. In cold months, Dr. Fowler loves to ski, and you can often find him atop Song or Labrador Mountain.

Dr. Elizabeth Barbi


Dr. Elizabeth Barbi is a native of Lyons, New York and graduated from Lyons High School in 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Dr. Barbi then attended Stony Brook University, School of Dental Medicine and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Distinction in Research. During her time at Stony Brook, Dr. Barbi was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She completed her orthodontic specialty training and received an Orthodontic Certificate at the University of Rochester, Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Barbi also earned a Master of Science degree in Dental Science through the University of Rochester, School of Medicine and Dentistry.

For two years, Dr. Barbi worked at a progressive orthodontic office in Rochester, New York before joining Dr. Littlejohn’s practice in 2017. She is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the Seventh District Dental Society.

Dr. Mark Paciorek


Dr. Mark Paciorek has been practicing orthodontics for over 20 years! He received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist prior to and during dental training. He attended the University of Buffalo Dental School for both his dental degree and specialty training in orthodontics at the master’s level, graduating at the top of his class.

In his pursuit of continued excellence, Dr. Paciorek has attend numerous continuing education programs throughout the years to maintain and deliver the highest quality of care, and, because of his relentless pursuit of excellence, he is a frequent lecturer, sharing his orthodontic expertise at dental society meetings and dental study clubs throughout North America.

He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, Onondaga County Dental Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, and co-chair of the Upstate New York Dentofacial Abnormalities Group.

In his spare time, Dr. Paciorek enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Dr. Rodney Littlejohn


Dr. Rodney D. Littlejohn is a native of Seneca Falls and a graduate of Mynderse Academy. He is also a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (with honors) from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1979, and completed a one-year dental residency at Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Littlejohn obtained his graduate orthodontic certificate in 1982 and his Master of Science in 2009, both from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Littlejohn is a clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He also lectures to orthodontic residents and practitioners throughout the United States on practice development, patient care, and practice management.

He maintains active memberships with the New York State Dental Association, American Dental Association, Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, and World Federation of Orthodontists.

Dr. Littlejohn has been in the private practice of orthodontics since 1982. He made the decision to base his orthodontic practice on three very simple principles: quality care, personal service, and reasonable fees. By always holding true to these principles, Dr. Littlejohn and his staff have been able to excel at meeting the orthodontic needs of area residents.
